The other day we received a call from a gentleman in Grasmere who had a leaking stopcock under the sink and needed a Plumber.
The stopcock had had a slight drip for a while but had suddenly got a lot worse.
Our plumber was at the property within half a hour of the call and quickly managed to locate and turn off the outside water supply to the building (the owner did not know where it was but knows now for future reference)
Anyway our plumber quickly replaced the very old stop tap for a nice new one, happy days !
