The toilet isolation valve was faulty so he they to turn the water supply off to the entire property to stop the water gushing onto the carpet.
Naturally we were there onsite promptly and got the water back on shortly afterwards much to the delight of the wife who was naturally anxious to get the water on to the washing machine asap.
