Our plumber attended a job at Stonethwaite Borrowdale where water was coming through the ceiling of a cottage.
The cottage was being used as a holiday by relatives of the owner and due to the severe leak were naturally very anxious.
When we got there some twenty five minutes from the initial phone call it was soon clear that the leak was coming from the bathroom above.
