Called out after a DIY ‘issue’ resulted in a leaking pipe.
Dan arrived within the time he said he would and quickly and efficiently dealt with the issue, whilst explaining what he was proposing to do and the end result.
As a result of Dan’s swift response, normal service was quickly resumed and kettles could be boiled and toilets flushed etc!

Quick, Efficient Service.
We had a single lever kitchen tap which wouldn’t stop running, which we tried to repair, causing a constant stream of water, so called Cumbria emergency plumbers for help. Service was quick, efficient and the price was as quoted before the job started; all charges were discussed beforehand. It is expensive, but emergency plumbing is and fees were comparable to other companies we’ve used before. Dan was friendly and explained what needed to be done. We would use the company again.

Needed a plumber quickly to replace a very old, leaky section of pipe and stop tap while sink unit was being replaced. After phoning several other local plumbers, who either didn’t answer the phone, or were very negative if they did, it was a real relief to speak to Daniel. While undoubtedly not the cheapest plumber around, Daniel was upfront about his charges and positive about getting the job done in the timeframe we needed. He did a thoroughly professional job. Happy to pay a decent rate for a decent job!

Rapid response and quickly identified the source of the leak in my kitchen ceiling which was coming from the shower outlet. Although it was quite expensive, this was clearly explained to me at the start and I was happy to pay to have the problem quickly identified and repaired. I called Cumbria Emergency Plumbers on Bank Holiday Monday when I had a leak under my bath which resulted in water dripping into my kitchen below. I spoke to Dan on the phone who was completely transparent about the cost of calling him out. He actually advised me if I could wait until the following day and call a regular plumber it would be a lot cheaper for me. I appreciated his honesty but unfortunately the water then leaked into my fuse box, tripping the electricity so I could not wait. My partner was also due to give birth at any moment so we needed a safe home environment as quickly as possible. Dan arrived at my property within the hour and was up front about the charges. He worked quickly to resolve the problem. He was well prepared with his own tools and parts. The issue was fixed within an hour. Dan was polite, tidy and helpful. He is a very professional tradesperson which is difficult to find and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. I have since made a claim through my insurance for the work and Dan has again been very helpful, providing me with invoices to show the insurance company .Service: Plumbing leak repair

I contacted Daniel after 10pm last night because of water dripping through a light fitting. All water and heating turned off so decided to wait till morning. He arrived at 9 this morning, had much trouble locating the leak from upstairs. Took up and replaced carpet and floorboards and this was a very awkward job. We had a severe leak under the sink and needed it fixing asap. Dan explained the pricing structure over the phone, arrived quickly and confirmed the pricing before starting. He was able to fix the problem within the hour. In an emergency we would use him again.

It’s obviously going to cost more for an emergency call out – but the guy that came out was very professional and again explained the charges before starting work – I was extremely happy with the service – I have a guest house and I needed the work done immediately as I had someone checking in …. so thank you, excellent efficient service would recommend and use again.

What excellent service. I rang at about 8.45 p.m. about a water leak from below a Combi boiler. Despite coming from a distance, Daniel was here within an hour and he drained the necessary pipes, replaced the faulty tap, and re-pressurised. Within an hour the leaking problem was over!. However the hot water and the central heating still did not work … but overnight Dan thought about the re-setting system and he was here just after 8.30 next morning to do the necessary! And now all is well. Thank you for such prompt and efficient service. Clive Sutton

Saturday night radiator emergency!! I was put off by Cumbria Emergency Plumbers appearing to be base in Keswick but on checking the website they had a Carlisle number. Fast , efficient , not inexpensive but it was a Saturday night with water leaking from a radiator! Highly recommended

Dan is very reliable. It’s hard to get good plumbers. He’s always on time and the work has been good. Dan always get down to the problem. We live and have a hotel in a remote area so it can be tough when we have an emergency, but he was happy to come out in the ice and snow when the pipes burst – Dan saved the day! I’d happily recommend him!

Called on a Sunday morning with a leak coming through the ceiling downstairs, came out quickly and within the time stated, very quickly found the source of the leak in the loft and quickly had it all fixed. Would highly recommend.
